Day 2: Lusaka to South Luangwa National Park
After an early breakfast, begin your journey to the jewel of Zambia’s safari circuit: South Luangwa. This drive offers an adventure in itself, passing traditional villages and lush farmland. Arrive in time for a sundowner and your first glimpse of the Luangwa River. Overnight at a budget-friendly bush camp near the park gate.
Day 3–4: South Luangwa – Walking Safaris & Game Drives
Spend the next two days exploring one of Africa’s finest wildlife parks. Home to leopard, lion, elephant, wild dog, and over 400 bird species, South Luangwa offers both game drives and the original African walking safari. This stunning river region is known for elephants, crocodiles, hippos, and incredible scenery. Return to Lusaka in the evening for your final overnight stay.
